What gets deleted

Submitting this request permanently removes your Replona account and everything tied to it:

Your user account, name and email address
Your Google Business Profile connection, including the stored access and refresh tokens — Replona immediately loses all access to your Google account
Every business location you connected
Synced reviews, AI-generated reply drafts and your tone and rule settings
Registered devices and push notification tokens

What we keep, and why

Replies already published to Google stay on your Google Business Profile. They are your business's public content and live on Google's systems, not ours — delete them from your Business Profile directly if you want them removed.

We retain billing and transaction records where accounting law requires it. Those records are kept only for that purpose and are never used for anything else.

How long it takes

Requests are processed within 30 days. You will get a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first — deleting your account here does not cancel a store subscription.
